Muggle Facebook Comments

A lot of my friends from high school are married now, usually with kids.

I know that is probably the more normal path, instead of working during the day and out doing some variety of bits every night.

Sometimes I wonder how things could have gone differently, but even in reflection it just doesn't appeal to me. And when I see Facebook posts like the one above I realize that I don't even speak their language.

They live in a land of babies and TV and Home Depot.

I live in a land of horrible jokes about pedophiles and rape.

In the end, I think we're both happy with our choices.

I know I am.
